Possible Racine WI link (pizzagate)

Hi there long time lurker here. I have seen several mentions of ravine Wisconsin and no solid links and no explanation why we should be looking here. I found this today http://www.jsonline.com/story/news/investigations/2016/12/17/crisis-lincoln-hills-juvenile-prison-years-making/95383518/
Has anyone here dug in to this? I don't ehave enough time on my day too, other than my daily shits at work. Looks like Scott Walker allegedly knew about sexual abuse going on in these "youth prisons" curious to see if this is related to any of what we have been seeing.

These types cases are all over the country!
Perhaps the most famous is The Florida School for Boys. They are STILL excavating the bodies.

The POINT is that there is NOTHING unusual about this facility in Wisconsin.

Yup, there's a bunch of unmarked graves. Possibly over 100 unreported deaths.
