Does anyone recognize the building in this picture https://www.flickr.com/photos/146343979@N02/32024107500/ ? It is an old brick building in an isolated, overgrown area. Why would Alefantis call it "home"?

I saw it in a grocery store, years ago.
Fuck this particular subject I'm already not eating most of the time. any and every meat I find is human in my eyes right now and it makes it hard to eat.
