Does anyone recognize the building in this picture https://www.flickr.com/photos/146343979@N02/32024107500/ ? It is an old brick building in an isolated, overgrown area. Why would Alefantis call it "home"?

You have something there with Toon Pizzagate. Comet Ping pong Hosted an event Called Pongress there. The link "Toonpizzagate" posted in his shpeil about New castle being Newcastle show that. They flew comet ping pong in for an all ages congress ping pong event? hmmmm....
