Does anyone recognize the building in this picture https://www.flickr.com/photos/146343979@N02/32024107500/ ? It is an old brick building in an isolated, overgrown area. Why would Alefantis call it "home"?

It's in Virginia. I'm pretty sure. I remember seeing it with some other pics that someone had posted. I've seen so many though that I can't remember. I may have seen it in a thread about the pig farm. Is Alefantis a U.S. citizen or is he Canadian?
