The WaPo /AP surrender photo by Sathi Soma via AP/AP is interesting because the camera angle shows that the photographer was inside the cafe across the street's in the seating area, which to me, indicated that it was stake out planned shot, that they were already there drinking coffee or something. I mean if this person got a call to head down there, or was on a scanner and just showed up, why would they go behind this metal fence?
