Tamera Luzzatto was the person who sent these emails to Podesta. From the looks of it Tamera Luzzatto is the Aunt of the 3 children mentioned in the Infamous Podesta Email: ""With enormous gratitude to Advance Man Extraordinaire Haber, I am popping up again to share our excitement about the Reprise of Our Gang’s visit to the farm in Lovettsville. And I thought I’d share a couple more notes: We plan to heat the pool, so a swim is a possibility.Bonnie will be Uber Service to transport Ruby, Emerson, and Maeve Luzzatto (11, 9, and almost 7) so you’ll have some further entertainment"
I guess this Anonymous Twitter user found Tamera runs a blog called Evies Crib. The blog is invite only but this guy got access and I guess Tamera runs a webcam and the description is fairly odd: "You can spend time with her online raw, and uncut. Take advantage of this offer now as in the future she will have the power of life and death over you"
On the same front page it says "Eve doesn't know it yet, but she is looking forward to many visits to the farm with Rudy, Emma, and Maeve".
So obviously this farm is really important to them as its the first thing they talk about in the Blog Homepage.

This is a good catch that I missed before!...I think you are on the right track with the religious reference, however, check @VieBleu 's excellent work here regarding Thelema occultism and the matriarchal aspect...maybe they are grooming this girl to be the leader in the future, hence "the power of life and death.

I agree that makes a lot of sense, but I keep going back to the context of Luzzato...what I get from it is that this little girl will some day be powerful somehow...
