In general there is a ton of CIA activity tied to Pizzagate whether it is USAID in Haiti, or the CPP neighborhood being "80 % CIA." Not to mention John Podesta's Georgetown ties. List goes on.

So if you add child trafficking to this ^^^ which is logical based on everything we've learned in the pizzagate investigation - holy shit guys. How did we not see this earlier.

So to sum up -the CIA was most likely running drugs and guns down to South America on especially built planes - which is known already - and then bringing kids back with them on the return trip.
