This is absolutely fantastic. It's descriptive enough, predictive, and we can see results in a relatively short time. This is not how I would expect someone to lie. They'd likely be more vague, be less predictive, or offer a longer timetable. I believe what s/he's saying, and it's also reasonable that the California ring isn't related to the elites.
