If you go to the description in that video, you can go to the Death Threat Video Link:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RqMMm52CWxE
It says: "the video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by James A. Alefantis"
At first I thought he messed around with the source code, but there isn't anything unique in the video which infringes copyright more than other videos. Now if mr. Alefantis visits Voat, which he probably does, I would like to ask him what the reason for this is? Maybe there is a rational explanation, but this looks very strange.
Ok, update, it seems like the message completely disappeared, but here is a screenshot from when it was still up: https://postimg.org/image/ufsn6qd37/
The screen turns white now, is that normal to happen after a while with copyright claims of Youtube videos?

Hate to be the Devil's Advocate, but couldn't anyone have filed a copyright claim to get it taken down and have submitted their name as James A. Alefantis?

No, you have to submit proof to YT first.

Do you really think YouTube needs to be prodded much to take down a Pizzagate video? Weren't they mass wiping them not too long ago?

Then the video wouldn't say it was removed due to copyright claims by JA...

Why wouldn't it?
