Um they aren't talking about CP.
They are talking about the PRODUCTION of CP (Whatever that is).
But if it includes forcing children into having sex, then it should be a hell of a lot longer than 2 years.
YES! Do you know what that would do to a child by using them to have sex with other children or adults, it can make them a pedophile for life and continue the sick practice. This is what they want to perpetuate. It must be stopped.
