Relevance: This IS Pizzagate, just on the Left coast.

Salient points:

• Flyer in complex shows graphic of "Pedobear". Bottom of flyer states "movie night with free pizzas and hotdogs" (how convenient);

• Registered sex offenders, including one claiming to be an acting coach, LIVING in the complex and in close proximity to children and/or aspiring young actors;

• Front desk employee at the complex determined to be posting sexually explicit imagery on social media;
