I've seen the pictures of the cakes and I'm pretty sure this isn't one of them. - cake would never hold up with all the liquid. I think this is either a real person 'modeling' or some kind of dummy
The picture with Lady Gaga is a real, still living, person. You can see because someone is dragging the spoon along their body, "scraping" the ... liquid into the spoon. A cake wouldn't have been able to hold up with liquid and that kind of friction.
They do also eat cakes in the likeness of people, though.

Knowing Abramović's work my guess is that it's a real person...alive, would be my hope. I think.
