The picture with Lady Gaga is a real, still living, person. You can see because someone is dragging the spoon along their body, "scraping" the ... liquid into the spoon. A cake wouldn't have been able to hold up with liquid and that kind of friction.
They do also eat cakes in the likeness of people, though.
I think these art installments, with the people laying inside the white box of blood, are real people. She definitely serves cakes at these events too though. Many of marinas events have real people involved to model. I remember seeing stuff like this at Hollywood parties long before pizzagate too, though nowhere near as creepy as Marinas events. Usually having nude models lay on a table (typically looking beautiful though, not dead) surrounded by food or drinks or whathaveyou.

Do you know for a fact that the body in this photo is a cake?
The photos I've seen from this event don't ever show the cake being cut.
Also, the blood/syrup/liquid looks too..liquid-y to have a cake sitting in it without the entire cake dissolving into mush.
