I saw another thread where people were speculating that this e-mail was referring to drugs. That may be, however a couple months ago this thread appeared on /r/the_donald.
Personally, I find this interpretation to be more believable. The OP writes:
...480 little creatures of joy...
THE NUMBER OF PICTURES OR VIDEOS AVAILABLE.
Selling each one for $20.00
PRETTY LOW FIGURE, MY GUESS IS WHOMEVER THE MESSAGE IS ACTUALLY MEANT FOR KNOWS TO MOVE THE DECIMAL TO THE RIGHT ONCE OR TWICE FOR THE ACTUAL PRICE.
They are very respectful and amicable with one another...
THEY ARE BEING FORCED TO HAVE SEX WITH EACH OTHER IN THE CONTENT.
...they are (for the most part) cat and dog friendly.
THEY ARE BEING FORCED TO ENGAGE IN BEASTIALITY AND/OR ANIMAL ABUSE IN SOME OF THE CONTENT
Some are sassier than others, naturally.
SOME OF THE VICTIMS ARE SHOWN CRYING/STRUGGLING/FIGHTING BACK/IN PAIN IN THE CONTENT
My parents can't find out
THE POLICE CAN'T FIND OUT
The part about being cat and dog friendly doesn't really seem to fit with the assumption about the subject being drugs.
Other people speculate that the e-mail was sent to the Georgetown law board because they knew Podesta would be a recipient. I know this isn't particularly helpful, but I wanted to try to clear that up. I think the drug link here is erroneous.

These people are hypersexuals - so much so that they cannot keep it to themselves. It's almost like exhibitionistic - like "hey - look at my I'm CrAzY about SEX!". Common trait?
