I saw another thread where people were speculating that this e-mail was referring to drugs. That may be, however a couple months ago this thread appeared on /r/the_donald.
Personally, I find this interpretation to be more believable. The OP writes:

Some are sassier than others, naturally.

The part about being cat and dog friendly doesn't really seem to fit with the assumption about the subject being drugs.
Other people speculate that the e-mail was sent to the Georgetown law board because they knew Podesta would be a recipient. I know this isn't particularly helpful, but I wanted to try to clear that up. I think the drug link here is erroneous.

Given the product and the clientel, $20 is not realistic. And with everything else in code, as with drug deals, money would be, for sure. But I could see it being a sale of some sort. The email has an urgent ring to it.

Must buy all at once. 480*20 = $9600 . Could it be a photo collection? for 10k? Pedo's do seem to like large photo collections, Jared Fogle had photos by the terabyte.

Someone mentioned elsewhere that it is just under the $10,000 level of needing to report to the IRS.
