It's a policeman's card with some writing on it, could have got a card and filled it out himself or filed a report for something unrelated and made up. I know we all want to believe this is real because we want to see the perpetrators get caught but we need to be skeptical of everything

The police report should be public information. It would be easy for someone to verify.
