At 2:13 Windows are set high. I'm 6'2" and would just barely be able to see out of the bottom of the windows. The "table" in the middle of the room is a tree cut vertically instead of across the grain. The edges of the table are bark. Still at 2:13 but advanced a few frames it can be seen that the platform above the ground floor is on wheels on a track. Notice the music conductor like podium with a light, facing the room from the platform. The electric cords are suspended but slack so that the platform can move without pulling them out.
2:14 The stairs would be hard if not impossible for a child to climb. The carpet is over a rough surface just to the side of the stairs. The paint in the corner of the stairs is a little bit washed off. Notice one wheel of the upper platform. If rolled all the way to the wall it would block getting on to the platform from the stairs.
2:14 a few more frames and you can see that the upper platform is designed so that you can get on it with the stairs but then the platform has to be moved in order to access that upper room. The upper room is isolated in that way.
2:15 The platform is wheeled all the way to the far wall, inaccesable to children.
2:16 Wooden door on wheels. A sink in the room with opaque windows. The wood shelf at the right of the room looks similar to a diaper changing station. No door knobs on that heavy door, may be hard for a child to push open or closed.
2:26 the paint in the upper part of the "loft" looks fresh not worn off like by the stairs.
Please add your observations and speculations. I'm thinking this is a "Museum" for collectors of children to come and view the children and then perhaps buy them and take them away. There are no blood stains on the carpet or wood table although it is strange that the area by the stairs would have paint washed off and the lumpiness under the carpet suggests a tunnel. The main thing I'd like to hear theories on is why would you have an upper room that is inaccesable except if the platform is moved from the stairs to the room entrance.

I found the front door entrance on Google street view
It's the right side entrance of the Pegasus museum, the windows match.
The 2nd floor doorway, which is only accessible via the rolling loft, is visible in this shot: https://i.sli.mg/7rO305.jpg (upper right)
But it's been photoshopped out when viewed for the other angle: https://i.sli.mg/XBj87s.jpg It should be visible right next to the man in the plaid shirt. If you zoom in and look between his legs, it might appear to be remnants of the original door that were not properly photoshopped out.
The room behind the sliding door in this image https://i.sli.mg/trEi9d.jpg looks to be the same one with the garage door seen on Google maps.
Edit: formatting and comments about the upper doorway being photoshopped out

Also check out this photo from 2013. It's the same tree trunk table! Shot overhead from the mysterious 2nd floor doorway. This photo was from when the building was used as a DIY music venue called Paper Sun. You can see the same "coat hanger stain" on the floor between her chair and her coffee. Same floor. Same desk. Same room. Same building.
