I do not think he has been identified. He seems to be linked to Pegasus, and thus linked to Pizzagate. This link has been established by identifying the location of the photo. If look at outside the vehicle's window you can clearly see these garages:

This means this man was sitting in a car outside of Pegasus when Alefantis took this instagram picture. He could be an artist, a friend, a construction worker. We just don't know.

Pg_detective taken OFF shill list, and we were thanked for speaking up. Just goes to show that with some effort there can be accountability around here, so keep chin up and speak up directly to mods when you are sure something is off.
