Why would a post about David Brock be deleted for rule #1 violation? That's bullshit.

The police report mentions that Brock's ex wanted 17 (!) properties he felt belong to him. That is a lot of real estate.

Had found two things online indicating a Plymouth, Massachusetts address, so that goes along with what you found, as does the article that follows here: http://plymouth.wickedlocal.com/news/20160116/amidst-epidemic-of-sea-turtle-strandings-happy-ending-in-plymouth
Something must have shifted the balance of power, apparently, from Grey getting money to be quiet to Grey paying money apparently to settle. At the time of Grey's getting the hush money originally, his address had been changed to Massachusetts.
