This is a hot topic right now but I think I've found the context to what they're referring to and it has nothing to do with being pedophiles themselves. That's not to say any of the of the other stuff they're involved with is clean and I still have no explanation for the "fondling little boys" comment, but I don't think there's any legitimate connection between Stratfor and NAMBLA.

When searching for NAMBLA on Wikileaks I came across this , which is two Stratfor employees discussing tactics used by SHAC, an animal rights organization who was evidently upset with Goldman Sachs for allegedly torturing puppies. One Stratfor employee goes on to add that he/she would put a snake in the backseat of someones Lexus, call the IRS on them, and put their name and address on every hardcore porn and NAMBLA mailing list, among other things. Read the email yourself and you'll understand the tone of what was being said.

Now fast-forward someone has apparently wronged this Reeves person and Ben Sledge is offering his condolences. The "do you want us to sign him up to NAMBLA " seems to me a clear reference to the aforementioned Stratfor discussion regarding the "puppy torturers "

Take from this what you will, but it is my belief that this context offered puts the Stratfor/NAMBLA connection to rest.
