I've seen this code in a number of places, some postings say it's an FBI code. I haven't found anything official on this. I've seen links to dark web snippets demonstrating "cheese pizza" and child porn. I understand this list was first posted on 4chan back on november 4th.

“hotdog” = boy

“pizza” = girl

“cheese” = little girl

“pasta” = little boy

“ice cream” = male prostitute

“walnut” = person of colour

“map” = semen

“sauce” = orgy

Notice the british/canadian spelling for "colour".
