There is reason to believe that Seth Rich's murder was related to the podesta email leak, and therefore this investigation. Some reasons are suggestions by Assange, as well as others that he was the leak. I am wondering if anyone has, and how we can if not, file a FOIA request for the footage recorded by D.C. Police responding. I have noticed from this document, which appears to be the police report that the officers were wearing this piece of equipment. So what do you guys think, should we request this and if so who is gonna take lead? I think it would be best if it was someone with a popular YouTube or website to file the request.

According the the Police Report the "shots fired" notice came from Shot Spotter which is an automated system. http://www.shotspotter.com One would wonder, since this was at the corner of a city address if there were any traffic cams or private security cams on the residences. Wonder if those were checked out by the DC police?
