TL;DR - a relatively small number of airports in the US allow for international flights to land, with appropriate advanced notice. the relatively small airport 5 miles from the paule-carres property is one such airport. this is a compilation of information which looks at transportation options in winchester, VA. i believe it's relevant to the pizzagate investigation, but if it's too vague, i will repost in the whatever sub.
Winchester is a small city, population approx 27,000 people (http://archive.is/MhVge))
We have established that Tony/John have a cousin with some interesting medical/adoption facility access/ownership in Winchester Virginia, at 124 Amherst.
in an effort to tie this property to an international travel company, i found that they are within 5 miles of an international airport (kinda)
the winchester airport has "international landing" permission from the CBP - which allows international traffic to land/deplane with case-by-case permission.
this is relatively rare. there are 89 international airports in the us, out of 14000 or so.
there are approx 270 "landing rights" airports in the us.

cbp requirements for customs-permission designation: http://archive.is/nEp05
in order to get this designation, the airport had to provide a document proving that they met these requirements:
"The actual workload in the area must be one or a combination of the following:
15,000 international air passengers (airport).
2,000 scheduled international arrivals (airport).
2,500 consumption entries (each valued over $2,000), with no more than half being attributed to any one party (airport, seaport, land border port).
350 vessels (seaport)
150,000 vehicles (land border port).
Any appropriate combination of the above.
"
note that the wiki page cites a grand total of 36,574 flights per annum, meaning that nearly 6% are international (to qualify for their status)
