We need to look into Dyncorp in Haiti, because of the Monica Petersen connection through Claude D'estree.

His CV screams deep state, so does the Korbel School. He worked not only for Dyncorp but also NORAD/NORTHCOM, and "Arizona Teachings" which doesn't appear to exist or is a shell of some sort.

Monica Petersen listed herself as working at "The Union" School in Haiti, not sure if it may tie to Dyncorp somehow
