Setup for what? to catch a pedo catcher? They should be the one that are afraid, not us. What they are going to do when 100 people use that picture, spy on us? They already did; kill all 100 people and make that picture the-JPG-of-Death? Unlikely.
It's understandable, lone-wolf investigators are being murdered. Maybe this tactic is for foreigners and non-investigators only.
