"Human trafficking is a major public health problem, both domestically and internationally. Health care providers are often the only professionals to interact with trafficking victims who are still in captivity. The expert assessment and interview skills of providers contribute to their readiness to identify victims of trafficking."

Sometimes, doctors and other health care professionals may simply come into brief contact with trafficked children, but if a network is large, it may be easiest for traffickers to retain the services of a single health care professional---most likely a doctor with a full breadth of knowledge and access to equipment and medicine---for the purposes of making certain that disease is not spread through the children.
I've been taking good notes from what I've seen on this forum and elsewhere, but I've yet to see a doctor mentioned among the Alefantis circle. Can we identify one? If so, we might be identifying the person least able to hide their work within such a network.
It is possible that there is not such a doctor, but this feels like a reasonable guess and a good target. Can we identify any doctor(s) at all that Alefantis and his satellites attend?
Thank you in advance.

Also might look up who provides abortions in the area. Abortionist tend to be the folks from the bottom of the class in their med school (stigma attached to this 'specialty'). They are the least regulated as well.
