capturelibservice.exe runs as a service under the name FreemakeVideoCapture with extensive SYSTEM privileges (full administrator access). It is installed with a couple of know programs including Freemake Video Downloader published by Ellora Assets Corporation, Freemake Video Converter version 3.1.2 from Ellora Assets Corporation and Freemake Video Converter version 3.1.2 by Ellora Assets Corporation. The assembly utilizes the .NET run-time framework (which is required to be installed on the PC).

Oddly it comes up under this THE ASIA GOLD MINING ASSETS CORPORATION BVI http://www.chinagrindingmill.net/knowledge/the-asia-gold-mining-assets-corporation-bvi.html

It looks as though they make only 2 or 3 software titles and all related to video download/conversion and all of them install a mystery program that has system wide access and full system privileges. The files name makes it sound as though this is a video capture service, one might think it is related to capturing video downloads. Thats why I jumped right on it as soon as I saw it, I wasn't even thinking about this when it appeared in a completely unrelated task.

I looked into this corporation but unlike most corporations, I can't seem to find any corporate information. Maybe somebody who is better at this or whom has more patience to do more extensive research. Can over turn a stone here!

We do know that technologies are being used to access baby cams and cell phone cams and mic so it isn't unreasonable to fathom that they would be accessing web cams and mics on PC's. And a lot of kids use web cams.

Sometimes the corporate webpage will have an "about us" thumbnail. If it's a large corp, they will often list the Board of Directors and other principals. You could start there. You might even try searching "company "X" board of directors". Often they will list partner companies too, and down the rabbit hole you go! Good luck!
