I think "CP" may be a code they use (maybe child pR0n). Those letters seem to appear far too often to be coincidental. Maybe the first letters of words starting with C and P are themselves coded messages to those involved. So rather than simply looking at words, consider initials from first letters of words, things like that.
CumPanda is creepy enough by itself in the context of people working around kids and has disturbing resonance with 'pedo bear' in my opinion. But also, that "CP" -- again. Comet Pizza or Ping Pong, the disposable camera Instagram conversation, now CumPanda -- CP over and over.
