I came across a Google Photo Sphere from inside Besta Pizza in 2010. I'm not sure how to link to it but have posted some screen shots. The pizzeria appears to be a small place with no seating. Of interest is that on one wall, there are many drawings and letters from children (including one child writing about liking "cheese on pizza"), and there is also a troubling "artistic" type poster of a man in a mask holding pasta over a child, and another of an old man eating a large bowl of plain pasta.
So first, pictures of the wall with children's messages and drawing. Besides one child writing about liking "cheese on pizza," another writes, "Willie the walrus rode the fat juicy chicken." And it may very well be coincidence but one child writes about "the elefhant."

A poster of a man holding pasta over a child (both seemed masked), and the poster caption is "The Art of Pasta":

And a poster of an old man eating large bowl of plain pasta:

Three posters that can't be made out ( but two seem from the same "series"):

Pictures and perhaps a calendar having to do with Egypt (The Pyramids and Sphinx):

Second, in an unrelated discovery, I encountered the "American Party" (a third political party) on Twitter, and oddly enough its logo contains the pedophile triangle symbol as part of the "A."
This is from the party's "About" page, which says both U.S. political parties don't represent the country. It seems to be something like the Tea Party in its official views, but in its tweets seems anti-Republican and anti-Trump and somewhat pro-Democratic. It has about 25,000 Twitter followers, but no Wikipedia entry.

Of course it's entirely possible that the symbol is there coincidentally, but at this point it can't be ruled out that inclusion of the symbol wasn't intentional.

Based on the text on the portraits, "The Art of Pasta" I as able to find the portrait of the man eating pasta here. That led me to this page, where framed copies of it are sold, and this article crediting the image to the Pasta Agnesi Museum, Oneglia. This is the pasta company's website. They've been around since the 1800s. I wonder how much further this particular rabbit hole goes

I'll look into that more. Thank you.
This just reminded me of something disturbing I discovered last night while looking this up - a photo of a half-naked, uncomfortable-looking little girl that came up in Google images. the more I think about it now, the more I believe it's something that needs to be looked at more closely.
What happened was that I searched on "the art of pasta" (in quotes) and "poster" (not in quotes) on Google - - and began looking through Images. 13 clicks down, I saw the image of a little girl, shirtless and in her underwear, holding her arms around herself as if she's cold, and looking like she might cry, with a bunny costume on her head. The photo description says "Charlotte P." Looking at the source of the image, it says it's from a Yelp review of an Italian restaurant in New Orleans.
I don't quite understand how images show up in Google images, since at times when you go to the actual page, an image won't be there. I went to the Yelp page and looked through all the images I could find, but this one wasn't there.
This is the disturbing image. I blurred the girl's chest since she seems to be developing a bit though still very young, and also placed a bar across her eyes to hide her identity.

I found it by typing the following into a Google search box:
"The art of pasta" is in quotes while pasta isn't. Then I clicked on images and this was about 13 page clicks down.
I've discovered since I posted this that the girl is almost certainly the daughter of the couple who the place. A photo from the mother's instagram:
The restaurant seems to have a Comet Ping Pong air:
