I have a friend who found some new (he is sure) leads. He does not want to collate it on his computer as he feels that could put him at risk. The lead is so large that he does not have the resources or skills to put it all together / archive/ share.
He is afraid that if he mentions any of it the whole thing might disappear before it is all logged / archived.
He's trying to figure out if there is a group he can dump all the leads to (in private?) that can provide the resources and skills that he cannot to catalog the leads.
Can anyone help / advise how he might share what he knows (in a way that he knows it's going to the right people)?

Here's the simple truth:
If Pizzagate is real, not releasing information could endanger many people. If Pizzagate is not real, releasing it will not put your friend in any harm.
Now, here's the least risky way I can think of doing this. This is way more effort than I would take, but if your friend is paranoid...well, this is about as good as it can get.

I've told him to use Tails as I saw on the wikileaks website. Can he trust that now?

Can anyone else vouch for Tails?

Yes. Don't overthink it..
Tails and a public wifi connection should be more than enough.
