I would answer no to this question, because I don't think anything is being run out of a pizzeria. 'Pizzagate' comes from 'pizza' being a codeword. Alefantis is part of Hillary's circle (eg hosted fundraisers), but the pizzeria is a distraction.

A key part of the heroin ring was described as ''the Catalano faction of the Bonanno family of La Cosa Nostra'' in New York City. The leader of the faction was identified as 43-year-old Salvatore Catalano of Queens, who was accused of being a major heroin distributor.
Just looked up Rosario Gambino and while a heroin dealer connected with the case, the Gambinos were not the "family behind" the pizza connection. In fact, the Bonnanos were kicked out of the Mafia's "Commission" for letting an FBI guy infiltrate them." The head of the Gambinos was the head of the Commission at the time. I'm looking more into the Arkansas connection, but it seems they helped violently overthrow Kosovo with Soros help. They have a 10ft statue of Bill... Within the area of Greece(I think if I remember correctly that Kosovo is there) they have a huge refugee problem. Albania which Clintons are connected to have a huge child and organ trafficking problem. The Albanian Mafia(requires more research) may be connected to the Gambino's and Clintons.
HRC went recently to a fundraiser at Paul Castellano, previous head of Gambino family, "White House". It was private. The man who now owns it is Sal Rusi who said HRC has helped greatly in Albanian community. the Rusi family has been caught giving illegal(or unethical, either way it was returned) donations to Bill de Blasio's campaign. Blasio read the creepy book called "secret pizza party" to a group of children, is questionable etc.
