Curiously, Nilay Lawson on her Facebook timeline in one instance uses the phrase 'playing dominoes' in a context that makes it seem to me as though not meant literally. It appears along with several photos that I can't make sense of.

Thoroughly enmeshed in the more intimate Alefantis circle, Lawson may conceivably have used the conspicuous trope in the same as-yet-undeciphered but decidedly non-literal sense as John Podesta in the Wikileaks emails, further indicating that it may be an established jargon within like circles.
Nilay Lawson is, so far, most famous for having commented on Alefantis' 'killroom' picture.
Beyond that, some of Lawson's artwork is reproduced here in case of interest, taken from her Facebook account:

(Without providing concrete refutations, please don't clutter with redundant objections to the effect that this obviously doesn't 'prove' anything and she could theoretically have used the phrase for any legitimate reason. At the moment this is about recording and investigating. Thanks.)

I'm going to comment on them for further discussion. I don't know how relevant my thoughts are.
https://i.sli.mg/fSdyd0.jpg I wonder if those faces will be relevant. The background seems interesting, too. The floor is sort of tiled.
https://i.sli.mg/HBw5tE.jpg This person is wearing sandals, almost like in the first image.
https://i.sli.mg/yUs5h0.jpg Did anybody find the "hidden" word?
https://i.sli.mg/P1CRkM.jpg Is that white woman visiting a foreign country? Is that a soldier in the top?
https://i.sli.mg/9XN19a.jpg Her right arm seems to be tattooed. Something seems to be coming out of her nose.
https://i.sli.mg/QqHTre.jpg There is too much information here. The man at the left seems sick. The person at the right seems to have 3 legs and 2 feet. The middle leg has a Converse shoe. The exposed ankle has a star tattoo.
https://i.sli.mg/nzeAmD.png The tattoos are similar to the tattoos on the arm.
https://i.sli.mg/URddLN.png There is a "hidden" face, hand, and maybe knife.
https://i.sli.mg/hmox4N.png They really dig checkered floors.
https://i.sli.mg/97tdrj.png There is a checkered map. The graffiti looks similar to that in another image. The cherry is becoming a reoccurring theme. Is that a cross section of a body part in the top right?
https://i.sli.mg/MtOKUb.png Wasn't Scott Cummings a follower of "JimmyComet" on Instagram? If so, then maybe this Scott is that person. If you harvest this Scott's images, then maybe I can sift through them.
https://i.sli.mg/6GeIrX.png Is this near a window?
https://i.sli.mg/7mjcbP.png Are those body parts in the bottom right?
https://i.sli.mg/6IChQq.png Is she depicting excrement? They are talking about it. Maybe this is also excrement. https://i.sli.mg/97tdrj.png
https://i.sli.mg/PhWXC0.png This is a very benign image, but she mentions pizza in the comment.
https://i.sli.mg/LPmusD.png I'm saddened to think that she might have silver plated real bones. I think that that golden hanging statue in the guy's house might be a real body, too.
https://i.sli.mg/i3kvsO.png Is this a tattooed torso?
That was life scarring. :-(
