It was one of the first things I noticed:
Police seized a folding knife and three guns from the scene, including a Colt .38 handgun, a Colt AR-15 rifle, and a shotgun. Two of the guns were found on the alleged gunman and one was recovered in a vehicle, according to police. The restaurant suffered at least $1,000 worth of damage to a door, door lock, computer tower, and barrier wall.

Now if they DO get investigated they can just say, "Aww, too bad, the computer was damaged by the shooter."
They needed a plausible reason to get rid of the evidence. I bet they now have a shiny new, squeaky clean computer at Comet Ping Pong.

Could it be possible that JA had flipped and this was a false flag attack but to have a plausible reason to be interacting with the FBI? The computer tower has now become evidence and the whole thing is a ride to give the hard drive too the FBI?
I know it's a long shot but I can see the FBI applying pressure and flipping him if they are indeed investigating this.
