A man about town, in Washington DC, a director of the local ballet, Septime Webre, is photographed in dozens of pictures with both David Brock and James Alefantis, He is openly a close friends of these two men, both connected to John Podesta and Hillary Clinton, whose political campaigns Podesta manages.

Now Septime Webre has a much older relative, his father, Alfred Webre, living in Vancouver, BC, Canada for some time. Alfred has similarities in his career with Septime Webre. The family lived in Cuba and other countries when Septime, the seventh child, was growing up. They are both Democrats, connected to the highest levels of government. Alfred connected to the White House of Jimmy Carter, and his training is as a lawyer. Septime has close friends connected with the Clinton White House, and who actively work to get Hillary elected as President. (The name Alfred is given as a father name, and elsewhere as a brother name.)

Alfred first connected with media celebrity in Canada around the time of one of the worst mass killings in Canadian history. The Robert Pickton pig farm killings of several dozen prostitutes. Fact: the police found human meat of some of these women, neatly wrapped in packages on the farm. Alfred appears to be some of intelligence agent, though the kind that throws out so many false leads, everyone has their time wasted, and he makes others look crazy who associate with him.

He did not call himself a Washington DC lawyer who operated in the Carter White House when he spoke at first in the Vancouver media. He called himself an “international judge”, and pushed himself all over the local media.

He claimed diverse connections to the Pickton farm murders, including CIA MkUltra influenced voices heard on Pickton’s jail house tapes, Hell’s Angels connections, etc. Do not follow this man’s crazy career too much, as he also connected with another social activist Kevin Annett. Annett led the fight to have millions of dollars in reparations made to Canadians for mistreatment in native residential schools. It is the connection to the two worst crimes by two men in the same family and the hidden money aspects of human trafficking that should be a focus. And as a peace activist, maybe Alfred could explain the family relationship with the Podestas and the Clintons?

The grisly nature of the Pig Farm Murders included skinning, and possible drainage of blood. The stories that these women were killed in snuff films make the most sense in terms of money motivations. As a money crime, these Pig Farm killings could make a billion dollars, as the added details of skinning, blood draining, and meat eating would increase the novelty aspects. If James Alefantis made movies of the pedophile activities, with Satanic trimmings, that would make millions of dollars. His money problems could be a created exit point for him from the restaurant business.
