This is all speculation and could fall under scrutiny. That pedo code master list is being taken as gospel and not many are questioning it. The original source is 4chan, this needs to be fact checked from other sources, relying on one anonymous post to piece these emails together? Its not reliable.

um as a veteran user of 4chan, and /b, i can assure you cheese pizza has always been the codeword for child pornography of little girls. they have the same accronyms, CP. my trust in that list is derived off this notion
