There are both paid shills and some serious crazies who attack everyone who doesn't agree with them. I saw this during the satanic panic and again after 9/11. They're using the truth as a placeholder for their own fucked up theory or are straight up injecting crazy sensationalist garbage to rile people up. Talk show hosts in the 80s and charlatans sold people on the satanic panic based off of a schizophrenic woman's claims about a day care. They ran with it until we got to our current state with people like Alex Jones and youtuber's who while possibly on to the truth can't help but sensationalize it with fucking lizard people. Saying "Global elite", "NWO", "Illuminati", "Global Satanic Network", is a great fucking way for the people committing actual crimes to discredit those who are on to them.
Case in point would be everyone upvoating a post about Ted Gunderson. If you at all studied the satanic panic and what actually went down you're going to find he was one of many charlatan's selling bad information. Which is great if you are an actual pedophile who abuses their power to get what they want. Because now if you inject that right amount of crazy or have a fake honeytrap people will go chasing insane shit like secret tunnels and satanic ritual abuse. Instead of you know actual pedophiles who abuse children from positions of power. 9/11 woke me up to the vulnerability of people who went looking for the truth, instead of exposing crimes they went on discrediting themselves talking about thermite, dancing Israelis, holographic missles, and reptilian overlords. Focus on the emails, find the money trails, stop going of on insane tangents about satanist reptiles using secret tunnels to sell organs to china.
