EDIT: I just looked through the other DDOT cameras and it is the ONLY one with "DECODE ERROR" across the screen.

Now that "Decode Error" is up, it seems to freeze frame if you watch for more than ~10 minutes.

Could be due to unusual amount of people checking the camera.
