The previous rule 7 and 8 was simply that videos needed to be posted in the body of a "discuss" link with an ELI5 as to why it was linked.
The content and subject matter is fine, but SOME ELI5-type summary of why it's linked is necessary. This post now complies with the (revised and number-changed) rule 4, so it can stay.
