That doesn't make it fake. You do realize that since whoever wrote it calls out John and Tony as well as James, they could be charged with defamation of character. Since the book is 6.99 Amazon requires fully verified author information for payment. Would be stupid to do what the author did for no reason at all. Something should be thoroughly explored and verified fake instead of just calling it fake.
