I have spoken to a few lifelong locals who say that everyone believes the McCanns covered up an accidental death for "political reasons". they base this on their suspicious behavior after ande their friends misleading of investigators. Also its a taboo subject since it first enriched the town thru influx then destroyed its tourism.

however because of a strange concept of privacy here in Portugal whereby theres no public surveillance etc none of them have ever seen the podesta's efits or heard the name Freud and reject my suggestion to post em to local Facebook pages as slanderous. Tho there are a few private airfields (as we wouldnt trust official passport info) they say its pointless as one can land anywhere in schengen area and drive.

At any rate the efits and the Weiner sketch (which they also hadn't seen) are preposterously accurate so I don't expect anyone to find verifiable proof even with facial recognition software and every selfie taken that week.
