A man just walked into the Comet restaurant with an assault rifle. No shots fired but everyone ran out. I'm next-door at the red fox coffeeshop. 10+ police cars are already here.

EDIT: a man just exited with his hands on his head. He was handcuffed and put in a squad car. Still holed up in the red fox.
