A man just walked into the Comet restaurant with an assault rifle. No shots fired but everyone ran out. I'm next-door at the red fox coffeeshop. 10+ police cars are already here. EDIT: a man just exited with his hands on his head. He was handcuffed and put in a squad car. Still holed up in the red fox.

Could also be a person who was abused there, or knows someone who was...or suspected...need to run the man's name when the put it out. If they don't the story has no legs.
