Here is the info on Andrew Kline, the name listed as the registered agent for Besta Pizza.

The image is cropped, but per this forum, it lists the agent's address as:

Agent Address - 1225 19th Street N.W., Washington, DC 20036

Andrew Kline, of Veritas Law, has represented businesses in DC for 30 years. For 10 he has advised/lobbied for the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington. The address listed above is Veritas Law.

A registered agent is simply someone who can accept legal papers for a business entity, and may or may not have any stake in the business. Often a company lists their lawyer as agent.

Andrew Kline, formerly of the DOJ, who worked on the human trafficking unit, is a different man.

Owner of Besta is Uptown Pizza, INC. It's a corporation, folks. That means multiple shareholders. Find out who the shareholders are, or if Uptown is owned by a larger entity.

Yes, it is. The above image is why everyone across this forum and the internet are falsely claiming as fact that the Kline from the DOJ is the owner of Besta Pizza, though. That the Andrew Kline from Veritas, at least at one time, served as the registered agent for Besta does not mean he is the owner. He may or may not have a stake in it, but it is likely he is/was the agent simply because he is/was their attorney.

At any rate, he is not the same Andrew Kline from the DOJ.
