It turns out that James co-owns a restaurant in Berlin Germany called Nalu Diner

just a few blocks away from Dr Pong, which is located at Eberswalder Str. 21, 10437 Berlin
If you map both of these locations, they are approximately 800 yards away from each other.

from April of this year! He still owns it.
That's an insane "coincidence" considering people were investigating Dr Pong in Berlin for the last month.

If you do the math...the Beanie Baby auction was a guy with a pound of pot to sell. 20$ a gram is what people in the local know say the really good stuff was going for.
