It turns out that James co-owns a restaurant in Berlin Germany called Nalu Diner

just a few blocks away from Dr Pong, which is located at Eberswalder Str. 21, 10437 Berlin
If you map both of these locations, they are approximately 800 yards away from each other.

from April of this year! He still owns it.
That's an insane "coincidence" considering people were investigating Dr Pong in Berlin for the last month.

The hawaii connection is interesting because it strengthened the link between Comet Ping Pong and the Cheesebay leg of the investigation, and possibly to the Podesta Hot Dog Stand in Molokai.
