It turns out that James co-owns a restaurant in Berlin Germany called Nalu Diner

The "restaurant" section mentions that James grew in up in "Indiana and Hawaii". Seems he lived in Berlin for a while too.

just a few blocks away from Dr Pong, which is located at Eberswalder Str. 21, 10437 Berlin
If you map both of these locations, they are approximately 800 yards away from each other.

from April of this year! He still owns it.
That's an insane "coincidence" considering people were investigating Dr Pong in Berlin for the last month.

Not the first time we've heard the state Hawaii. It's home to Podesta's hotdog stand. Not saying Alefantis growing up there is connected but not ruling it out either.
