She is Phillipa Hughes, current managing director of DuPont Underground after Braulio Agnese stepped down earlier this year. Can't say if it means anything, but I thought it was interesting that she popped up again. It's a small world at #pizzagate

Braulio Agnese was the original managing director for the 501c3 called DuPont Underground . He is featured heavily in this video about the project. Back in February of this year he left the non-profit company citing the fact that it was a 60+ hour a week, nonsalaried job. I'm curious if that's the real reason. He was replaced by Phillipa Hughes. The only thing I know about her is that she created the Pink Line Project. I'm sure you know more about her than I.
