Source of McCann Podesta-like efits... very strange! (pizzagate)

This article [1] shows the source of the efit images that look like the Podesta brothers are not from Scotland Yard, but are from a (allegedly repressed 2008) report of a private investigator agency that the McCanns had privately hired. The company is called Oakley International. The company sent personell to Ireland to interview the Irish couple witnesses and make the efits.

I searched for Oakley International and found it is the same private investigator organization that swindled the McCanns[2]. The link is that Kevin Halligan is the head of Oakley International.

Kevin Halligan/Halligen is on the run, he has swindled money from some oil company as part of a ransom payment in another job, he has a mansion in Virginia, has the FBI and the DoJ after him, and on top of that private investigators chasing after him after he didn't pay wages. But no one seems to know where he is.

What the heck is going on? Can the efits be trusted as legitimate?

Edit: looks like he might be in jail already... still digging.

Edit2: Yes, he is in jail. Then he got deported. And he is Irish. And the witness couple were also Irish, coincidence.

The pictures are clearly of two different men, but the police had to force-fit them into the storyline which only had a single man at that time.

Well all I can find is the witnesses attesting to a single person, do you have evidence there were multiple suspects?

Bruh the official story as of now is that Scotland yard "knows" it was three Portuguese burglars but somehow can't extradite them or something. Yes there have been accounts of multiple assailants but I don't care if 20 people say they saw the birthmark on Podesta's shriveled dick, two hugely rich powerful men don't need to risk physically kidnapping, they got her some other way if they were in fact even at freuds house, still unconfirmed. That's the real evidence is a known MP pedo related to Rupert Murdoch lives right there, but he'sgot a confirmed alibi

Yeah definitely would be odd if they were out there snatching kids given their power and influence. Interesting that they were in the area though.
