I will be brief however straight to the point. I am seeing way to much left blaming on this issue. While it appears right now the left is involved with this scandal. Historically it is a bipartisan issue, both sides are highly entrenched. We also need to keep things focused purely as "stopping evil people, no matter, their race religion, political affiliation". Second, we need to be logical, objective, and entrench ourselves with the concepts of logic (Ref=http://www.informationisbeautiful.net/visualizations/rhetological-fallacies/ memorize make it part of your psyche). This is about the children. I will make a post soonish detailing the potential numbers involved, I will say based on quick equations of the numbers we are looking at a Holocaust size event. Our primary and only motivator is to save the children. Political, religious, and economic ideologies are irrelevant.
Reasons why this needs to happen.
- It is stop the alienation of allies on all sides of the political, philosophical, and economic spectrum. Rather they are socialist, capitalists, libertarian, right wing, or left wing; or they are christian atheist, jew or muslim we are united in stopping evil people.
- According to Sun Tzus art of war, this will eliminate a vector of attack from our enemies. No longer they can write off as a conspiracy movement of the right...but as a movement of justice and humanitarian force that is made up of a united front.
- Finally motivation, if there are political motivations behind every investigation. It will create bias and affect the investigation. It can lead to skipping or missing over evidence. Skew the interpretation of evidence, or influence conclusions. Most importantly the motivation is more being politically right than saving the kids.
I am not saying this is everyone, however I have see many posts on various social mediums that are to political or religious and the MSM is 100% using it as an avenue of attack. Let us drop our religious, economic, and political banners and work together to save these children and stop evil. I am saying this as a Progressive who wants evil destroyed.

This is a tall order. I try to only pay attention to posts that don't assign blame. I not only ignore the Jew-bashing or bipartisan junk, but I think character evidence and circumstantial evidence are mostly dead ends. Transactions, whether they are financial, fraudulent, or otherwise, leave a trail. Even the absense of a transaction which should exist is a trail. Sadly after this is all said and done, human trafficking, child-sex crimes, black market organ sales, and global financial crimes will all still exist. But hopefully some of the biggest offenders will be incarcerated.

Exactly. Circumstantial evidence is only valuable when there is a verifiable crime. Circumstantial evidence "without a body" is not enough. However, the more circumstantial evidence is uncovered, the closer we can get to finding said body.

This is true, and applies to character evidence as well. But with either, circumstantial or character, they usually are used to prove motive. Finding material proof of fraud or worse (murder/abuse/trafficking) would preclude a need for proving motive. So yes, keep digging in many places, but let's remember what offenses would stick and what findings would convict...
