A 'web' seems like a more fitting format -- so all the connections can be clearly seen. Unfortunately, I don't know if the technology is out there to create a multicomment site that translates info in 'web' style. The closest thing I've seen is Jan Dyers "brain" technology over at gnosticmedia.com.
